We are in most cases able to arrange delivery on a Saturday, however this has to be done by special arrangement which the purchaser will have to contact us before placing the order. There is normally an extra charge for this service and will only be whatever the fixed charge is applied by the courier.

However in the case of delays that are caused by the courier,e.g delays caused by weather etc, Zane Designer Wear Ltd are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive in the specified time scale.
All goods will be dispatched subject to availability, credit clearance and address verification. At times we may need to make further checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order.
Zane Designer Wear Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item(s).
We would require you to email us the reason for your return along with your receipt number following such we will email you instructions of the returns procedure.
We must receive the return(s) within the 14day period given.
Returns will only be excepted if they are in their original condition and all tags/original wrapping are present.
When trying on clothing ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant which may leave a mark or scent.
For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, underwear and fragrances cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless they have not been tried on and remain in their original wrapping or are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returned goods will be inspected before any refund/exchanges are approved.
The return goods are your responsibility until we receive them. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery method of return and that you retain your receipt.
Delivery costs for faulty returns or item(s) received that you did not order will be refunded.
