Size Guides
A simple guide on how to measure yourself.
Neck
To measure your neck - start from your Adams apple all the way around to the same point.
Chest
To measure your chest - raise your arms and measure around the chest at the underarm point making sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
Waist
To measure your waist – this really depends on where you wear your leg wear, so measure around were you have your trouser normally sit on your waist.
Inside Leg
To measure the Inside Leg – you need to stand straight have someone drop the tape from your crutch to the point where you wish the trousers to finish OR find a pair of trousers that you like the fit of and are of a similar fabric to the one you wish to purchase, e.g. if you are buying jeans then find a pair of jeans that fit you, and then lay them flat and measure from the crutch to the bottom and round the measurement of to the nearest half inch.
Below are some size charts to assist you with your measurements.
